Meeting at Vidanta’s Nuevo Vallarta resort is part of our efforts to engage the resort industry in hummingbird conservation by exploring how businesses with large landscaping budgets can help restore the nectar landscape by including hummingbird pollinated plants in their gardens. 

We reserved 20 two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment can sleep six adults and has a full kitchen and living area. One bedroom has a king bed (max two people); the other has two double beds (max four people). One can reserve an apartment ($1700.00), a bedroom ($850.00), or a space in a two-bedroom apartment with a limit on the maximum number of people with whom to share. Sharing option costs are $567.00 for sharing the apartment with two others, $425.00 with three, $340.00 with four, and $280.00 with five. The price for lodging is for the whole week. Every person staying here will register with the resort. If you are reserving an apartment or bedroom, please let us know who will stay with you.

Because lodging is limited, we encourage you to reserve early. If you want to bring other colleagues, students, family, or friends, we encourage you to indicate your interest. These requests will be placed on a waiting list and filled once registration is open. 

GETTING THERE: The closest airport is the Puerto Vallarta airport. Vidanta resorts provide complimentary transportation to the resort from the airport.
